Disposable Piping bags
Hutzler is my favorite brand, even better than Wilton! They can be hard to find in stores, but now can be found here.

3/4 cup Scooper
I use this all the time for cupcakes. Makes it easy to pour equal amounts of batter into each cupcake liner!

1 inch Scooper
This 1 inch scooper is perfect for cookies. Scoop the cookie batter and drop onto a baking sheet. Press the dough slightly to flatten the cookie. This also works for Mini-cupcakes.
Batter Dispenser
This batter dispenser works well for portioning out cupcakes if the batter is thin enough.
This will scrape the bowl while mixing! It is not perfect, but greatly reduces the amount you have scrape the bowl. You can find them at Bed Bath & Beyond: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/
Mine is for the bowl lift model, make sure to get the correct one for your model.
